My screen says LOCK and I can't press DVR buttons

Symptoms

Editing My screen says "LOCK" at the top and I nothing happens when I press DVR buttons.

Pressing DVR buttons doesn't do anything.

The key lock feature has been activated.

To deactivate it, press button labeled "K.LOCK" and enter your password. If you have not set up a password, just press ENTER.
